Join us in learning this ancient, holistic healing tradition for stress reduction, relaxation and spiritual growth. Reiki is a method of magnifying the body’s inner healing energy, or “ki. ” Healthy “ki” nourishes the physical body, and helps to balance mental, emotional and spiritual energy. This full day class teaches the history, principles and intentions of the ancient tradition of Usui Reiki. Students will learn to give full body and self-treatments, receive Reiki level 1 attunements and experience giving and receiving Reiki. Level 1 Reiki certification will be awarded. Fee: $150.
