Juliet Gonnella

After having spent 15 years in the corporate world, Juliet Gonnella is no stranger to how stress negatively affects the body.   Her eleven years of being a massage therapist, specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and Reflexology, has made her quite proficient in increasing circulation to skin and muscle tissue, breaking down adhesions and restrictions in the muscle tissue, increasing range of motion, and creating an overall calming/relaxing effect on the body.  Being a Reiki Practitioner, Juliet understands your energy needs as well as your body needs. Having been with SenseAbilities for ten years, Juliet is a dedicated and very talented therapist who has become a favorite to many!

Suzanne Paquette-Druze

Suzanne Paquette-Druze has been a Certified Massage Therapist since 1995. Suzanne has certifications in Thai, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Reflexology and Sports Massage as well as Swedish and Deep Tissue. She takes classes annually to stay current with the most recent therapeutic techniques. Suzanne also holds a Certification in Usui Reiki at the Master level to compliment her massage therapy. Suzanne's favorite massage treatments from our menu are Aroma Oil, Thai and Dosha Massages. Suzanne's caring and gentle demeanor enhance her connection with clients who regularly return for more!

Becky Selden

Becky Selden graduated from Health Choices Institute October, 2009.
She is a state certified massage therapist in Swedish and integrative massage therapy.   In school she also studied shiatsu, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, on-site chair massage, sports massage, polarity therapy and somatic studies.
Becky has a warm, soothing touch and an understanding of the body, of how it functions, and how to manipulate the muscles into total relaxation.

Katrina Plaster

Katrina Plaster brings 25 years of skincare expertise to Senseabilities. An art major in college, she turned her artistic interests to skincare and makeup. A massage therapist for 18 years, she now concentrates on reflexology.  Keeping current with advances in skincare is a priority to help clients with  maintenance and prevention. Katrina's personal touch and care for her clients makes your facial with her your best ever!

Cherie Sidway

Bringing a ray of sunshine into the facial room, Cherie Sidway is as excited about your skin as you are!  Graduating from the Capri Institute skincare program in 2002, Cherie has worked in a large spa but prefers the intimate, individualized care given at a boutique spa such as SenseAbilities.  Cherie's care for your skin and recommendations for ongoing care put you on the road to beautiful skin!

Susan George

Susan George has worked for over forty years teaching others to think beyond their self-imposed limits. As a public speaker, corporate trainer, business manager, hypnotherapist and spiritual companion, she continues to help individuals see their unique potential and gently guides them to discover their true self for the very first time.  Her mantra is simple; by discovering who you are and your purpose, you will begin to experience the life of your dreams, because the light you have to give this world has enormous value and worth and begs to be shared for yourself and all others.  Susan's bright disposition and dedication to helping others further enhance her workings with clients as she continues her passion of guiding people toward their highest good!
 

Janis Alber Groppi

Janis Alber Groppi is a Master Teacher of Usui and Karuna^® Reiki.  A Masters degree in East Asian Art History from Sotheby's London, together with nine years living in Asia and Europe, have opened her heart and mind to many complementary healing techniques and facilitate her helping others.  Janis is a Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy^®, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and holds a diploma in hypnotherapy from the European College of Hypnotherapy.  Janis practices and teaches Reiki and IET at Senseabilities. Her mentoring of many students and care for clients demonstrate her calling as an energy worker.
 

Bernadette McLaughlin

Bernadette McLaughlin received her Reiki Masters Certificate at Reiki Arts Continuum in New York City.  She has a Certificate in Life Coaching from NYU and is enrolled in The Four Winds Society Body Light School where she continues her education in Ancient Energy Healing.  Bernadette brings traditional energy therapies together with many ancient traditional practices in a unique combination.  She utilizes these practices in private sessions and also in her mentoring program of 'White Sage Wisdom' offered at SenseAbilities.  Bernadette's light shines from within and envelopes her clients with the same.
 

Virginia Pryga Zientek

As owner and director of Senseabilities, Virginia's degree in Fine Art and design background translated into creating a warm, inviting place of comfort for our clients. The thought to create a healing atmosphere for those going through transition came as a result of her mother's caretaking. Taking her instinctive abilities into the realm of energy work was an easy translation into Usui Reiki and Reconnection®. Coupling her design background with her energy work and intuitive abilities, Virginia offers "Senseable Spaces" consulting to make your space as comforting as SenseAbilities. Bringing her nurturing of clients through her work at SenseAbilities completes her mission of service.
