Meditations at SenseAbilities
Perhaps you have always wanted
to meditate, but are not sure
how. Perhaps you have not
found the time. Or just believe
that you cannot clear your
mind. You might even meditate
regularly, but are looking for
something different. Here is
your chance to slow down and
enjoy the calming effects of
guided meditation.
Guided meditation has the power
to relax and melt away physical
and mental stress. You do not
need to repeat mantras or
attempt to reach a Zen state.
We use metaphors and simple
techniques from guided imagery,
Theta Healing and NLP (Neuro
Linguistic Programming) to
create a series of inner
journeys that will help you to:

studied drumming and mediation

HealthRHYTHMS®.
