manipulating the muscles and getting
into pressure points, our therapists
release the knots on to which your body
is holding. By pushing the lactic acid
from your muscles, this deep massage
helps relieve aches and pains. In this
deep massage, although more aggressive
in style than the Swedish technique,
many believe deep tissue massage is more
therapeutic. Releasing toxins by pushing
lymph fluid through the muscles benefits
the client while they relax.
Muscle relaxants
and/or pain relief medications (aspirin,
ibuprofen) taken 24-48 hours
prior to massage
may cause bruising.
